In today’s post, I am going to be sharing 50 journal prompts for self-discovery and personal growth
As of a few months ago, I have started a new life-changing morning routine which includes journaling.
Journaling is one of those things which I just didn’t get until I started doing it. I thought it was a waste of time but boy, was I wrong.
As corny as it sounds, journaling has helped me dig deep into myself as a person and learn things about myself I didn’t know before.
There’s something calming and personal about journaling that makes it one of my favorite daily rituals, and I am going to be sharing my favorite journal prompts which have helped me with self-growth.

I used to journal a great deal and then put it aside. Now I focus more on my blogging, but not so much on journalling. This is a great prompt list, though 🙂

What great ideas! I find that journalling as a diary never works well for me because it gets repetitive, however prompts like this are so interesting to explore and, as you say, you really learn something about yourself.
I’m glad you think so because it really does help to learn about who you really are! I found out some nice, and some not nice things about muscle haha.
I’m definitely going to be saving this! I love journal prompts – I find you can learn a LOT about yourself from taking some time to work through them x

These are some great questions to ask yourself to not only grow personally but to become aware of what we already have. I love to journal and then go back to previous questions and re-answer them. Then I check them from past answers to see my own changes and growth!
That’s so interesting! I bet it’s great to go back and answer the same questions as you’ve answered previously and see how much you’ve grown!
